Log into your Vincci account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization code.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
